The imagery is collected with greater than 85% end-laps and side-laps to allow the AgisSoft or Pix4D 3D software to automatically build the the prefect 3D model.

The imagery above is a 3D terrain model built by AgisSoft and the last ones are thermal warm water seeps in Gulf of Mexico Florida near Cedar Key. The thermal camera shows the temperature differences by the false color. Cooler temps are cooler blue colors, warmer are orange/reds.
